Zhongyan Qian

Zhongyan Qian was born in Hangzhou, one of the most beautiful cities of China. In the summer of 1996, he was conferred a Bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University. Zhongyan then came to the USA to continue his education and research at University of Pennsylvania in 2001. He later transferred to University of California, Irvine. Mr. Qian has published 11 journal articles and 5 conference papers. He has many hobbies, driving being one of his favorites.
